Bad Start
Man, it has been a long time since I updated my blog. Woke up to a really bad start. I was supposed to be in school for my first lesson at 12pm but then I ended up snoozing my alarm clock till guess what? 12 pm! Damn, it is not a good sign and I had sworn to work harder this semester.
There are so many things I have tried to swear off in my life. At the top of my list is jerks. By jerks, I'm referring to men. You would think I would have learnt my lesson after dealing with jerks but then again, I was foolish enough to make the same mistakes over and over again. Men.. What complex creatures they are. We girls cannot do without them but the ironic thing is that we are so much better off without them. Imagine the heartbreaks you save on, the freedom you get, the number of nights you dont have to cry yourself to sleep, the times you dont have to worry when your other half cannot be reached.. Oh well..
Met the girls on Sunday. Me and py had a small farewell thingy for Stella before she flies off to UK :( We took some pictures and boy, do we look funny in some! In some pics, we were trying to imitate the characters. Check py out. She cracks me up =)

First and foremost, I'd like to extend this compliment on those adorable pics u had with your friends :)
You might be wondering who this is. Well, consider me as someone who happens to chance upon your blog when I was checking out on a friend's blog :)
I just couldn't help but post this comment on your statement about men being jerks. Well, I believe not all men are born to be jerks. Yes there are some.. some who would take advantage in any form just to satisfy their own deeds. But then again, there will still be some who would bring forth joy, fun, cast out your worries, and more importantly give you respect.
I dunno why you labeled men as jerks. But I can honestly say that your beauty could easily attract men. And perhaps, some would even try to mask themselves from their true self just to present themselves ideal for you. Or simply put, they would always have their best foot forward. But the bottom line is.. it's you who makes the choice.
Men can be jerks, can be friends, can be lovers.. and you can learn which category they fall among these 3 if you can spare yourself more time gettin to know 'em better. Then you wouldn't fall prey from those you labeled jerks.

Hi JB, yes I agree that not all men are jerks. In fact, I have known guys who are anything but jerks. I guess the guys that I know have a tendency to break a girl's heart. But I take each pitfall as a lesson and I must admit that over the years, I have become a stronger person. I believe that someday I will meet a guy who will be worth my time and love =)
