Heard a great song when I was watching the OC, which by the way, I'm totally hooked on to now, all thanks to my great friend py. It's called Forever Young by the Youth Group. The first video is for all the OC fans, and the second one is the music video by the Youth Group. I personally prefer the first video. Look out for great kissing scenes between Ryan and Marissa. Makes you wish you could be in a relationship where your partner kisses you like that. Ohhh boy... Enjoy!

Bad Start

Man, it has been a long time since I updated my blog. Woke up to a really bad start. I was supposed to be in school for my first lesson at 12pm but then I ended up snoozing my alarm clock till guess what? 12 pm! Damn, it is not a good sign and I had sworn to work harder this semester.

There are so many things I have tried to swear off in my life. At the top of my list is jerks. By jerks, I'm referring to men. You would think I would have learnt my lesson after dealing with jerks but then again, I was foolish enough to make the same mistakes over and over again. Men.. What complex creatures they are. We girls cannot do without them but the ironic thing is that we are so much better off without them. Imagine the heartbreaks you save on, the freedom you get, the number of nights you dont have to cry yourself to sleep, the times you dont have to worry when your other half cannot be reached.. Oh well..

Met the girls on Sunday. Me and py had a small farewell thingy for Stella before she flies off to UK :( We took some pictures and boy, do we look funny in some! In some pics, we were trying to imitate the characters. Check py out. She cracks me up =)

Goodbye Loreal

Oh, what a tiring and exciting 5 days I had! Loreal had a five days roadshow in town and if you see this huge white tent outside Ngee Ann City, yup that was where I was working these past few days. It was really an experience to be dealing with so many customers, some which are Loreal fanatics and some just looking around. I was put under cosmetics and although it was tiring, it was really fun.

I learnt a lot during the period when I was promoting Loreal's Volume Shocking mascara. Kudos to those customers who allow me to apply a full face make-up for them. Many of the customers checking out the cosmetics were interested in the Volume Shocking mascara, and many were impressed by the results seen after I applied the mascara for them, and I can tell you it's really a great mascara. I cant live without my VS mascara now =)

Alas, it's an end to my working days and it's back to preparing for school. That means assignments, deadlines, projects, tests and exams. And being broke. Yikes! But then, I'm looking forward to making new friends and who knows, cute guys ;p Tata!
